Complimenting nearby Sheringham Park the Felbrigg Estate is a working estate with the impressive 17th Century Felbrigg Hall at its heart. The Hall is open to the public and provides an insight into a past era. Vast estate to explore includes atmospheric ancient woodland, a lake along with open grazed parkland. Waymarked walks, walled garden, church in the park and many events suitable for all the family held throughout the year.
Getting there
Public transport: No scheduled service direct to Hall; service does pass for Felbrigg village (walk through parkland); mainline rail service to Roughton and Cromer (both about 2.5 miles)
Cycling or walking: Norfolk Coast Cycleway passes through estate; on Weavers Way footpath
Accessibility:
Disabled parking area close to entrance, many areas of parkland accessible in particular the Victory V walk (see Easy Access). Full accessibility information from information desk and on National Trust website. Manual wheelchair and a single seater personal mobility scooter are available to borrow at Hall and Gardens.
