TWITTER POLICY

The Norfolk Coast Partnership Twitter account is managed by the Staff Team, on behalf of partner organisations. If you follow us, you can expect between 2-10 tweets a week covering some or all of the following:

  • News from partnership organisations.
  • AONB objective and policy related topics.
  • Updated content on our website.
  • Environmental and sustainability related topics from non partnership groups.
  • Invitations to provide feedback on specific issues.

If you follow us on Twitter we can not guarantee to follow you back. Being followed by the Norfolk Coast Partnership does not imply endorsement of any kind.

Availability

We will update and monitor our Twitter account during office hours, Monday to Friday. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.

@Replies and Direct Messages

We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter.

The Staff team reads all @replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant points of contact in the partnership. The usual ways of contacting us are detailed in the Contact us section of our website.
